Mission

Welcome SmartLANs.com  the home for Smart & Fun networking.  I have designed this web site for recreational use only.  It is intended for use by close friends and family members, but if you can get anything useful from this site or know of anything you would like to see here please drop an email to Webmaster@SmartLANs.com (Smart Local Area Networks).

I have developed this web site for three reasons:

1)  Help people connect two or more computers in order to share an internet connection or possibly play head to head games.

2)  Here is a new tutorial on how to set up a wireless network.

3)  Promote my personal interests:  JESUS, Networking, Gaming, US Army Warrant Officer program, Auburn Football, Space exploration, and a good joke!

4)  Keep family members in touch with the intranet. The intranet is password protected, it has family photo's and personal information.  If you are a family member you can get a password by emailing Curtis

5) My twins have created a web site devoted to the Sailor Moon cartoons.

Note:  When two or more computers are connected it is called a Local Area Network (LAN), and my last name is Smart, hence the web address www.SmartLANs.com.
