Develops long and short range program goals. Leader in planning for the organization’s IT. Conducts periodic review of the organization’s program goals. Personally designed, implemented, administered, and configured every aspect of our server farm, then trained each site lead. The lead advisor to the executive director on impact to organizational structure. Planned and managed IT projects. Coordinates and executes plans with counterparts throughout Division, CORPS, MACOMs, and other agencies. Ensures that the design, development, implementation, and documentation of all IT systems utilized in the Division are adequate for mission success. Develops IT justifications as well as presenting formal briefings on IT resources, capabilities, and plans submitted to the General Officer level. Responsible for equipment design and procurement, Forest and Organization Unit (OU) structure design, server design, permissions and security assignments, plans and policies development, project timeline creation and validation, team assignments, and work flow.
